How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > NeuroFit and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Profile > Settings in the app and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your personal data, workout history, and chat messages within 30 days. Please note this action cannot be undone. Make sure to cancel any active subscription before deleting your account.
Is the AI coach a real person?
No, the NeuroFit coach is an artificial intelligence powered by advanced language models. It is not a real person, certified personal trainer, or medical professional. The AI coach provides general fitness guidance and motivation based on your profile and goals. For specific medical or professional fitness advice, always consult qualified professionals.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security very seriously. All passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing, all data transmissions use SSL/TLS encryption, and our servers have restricted access controls.
