1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the NeuroFit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeuroFit Training ("we", "us", "our").
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
2. Service Description
NeuroFit is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides:
- Personalized workout plans generated based on your fitness level, goals, and preferences
- AI-powered chat coaching for real-time fitness guidance and motivation
- Progress tracking with detailed workout logs and performance analytics
- Exercise library with demonstrations and instructions
3. Account Registration
To use NeuroFit, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain only one account per person
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
NeuroFit offers the following subscription options:

Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you subscribed:
- Apple In-App Purchase: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
NeuroFit is NOT a medical application and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The workouts, coaching, and fitness information provided through the App are for general informational and educational purposes only.
You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. This is especially important if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness guidance from certified professionals. You use the App and follow its workout recommendations at your own risk.
Users with pre-existing medical conditions, chronic illnesses, cardiovascular issues, or musculoskeletal injuries should seek medical clearance before using the App.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury, illness, or even death
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App and performing the exercises suggested
- You are solely responsible for determining whether exercises are appropriate for your fitness level and physical condition
- You should stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
7. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- NeuroFit Training makes no guarantee of specific fitness results from using the App
- Our total liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any injuries, physical harm, or health complications resulting from exercises or advice provided through the App
- We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated coaching content
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuroFit Training, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
9. AI Coach Disclaimer
The AI coach feature in NeuroFit is powered by artificial intelligence and generates content for informational purposes only. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The AI coach is not a replacement for certified personal trainers, physiotherapists, or medical professionals. Always verify important fitness and health information with qualified professionals.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Transmit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through the chat feature
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of NeuroFit Training and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes, subject to these Terms.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as chat messages, fitness data, and profile information). By submitting content, you grant NeuroFit Training a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NeuroFit Training is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact.neurofittraining@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings as permitted by applicable law.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should discontinue using the App.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
